This is one of my all time favorite things to eat... a bean and avocado torta from La Bamba with plenty of hot sauce!!! I could eat one everyday and never get bored...

Grilled Zucchini
This was my first attempt at grilled veggies, and though the zucchini was a little bit overcooked by common standards, it was delicious! (I actually like my veggies on the soft side anyway.)
