I ordered these for the first time at lunch today and I fell in LOVE!!! They are incredibly amazing and I don't even like sweet potatoes!! Add a little ranch dressing and they're even tastier!! That's one more vegetable redeemed by deep frying! :D

Next time you're down here, we'll go to Nashville, IN to the Artist's Colony Inn where they serve fried sweet potatoes with a side dipping dish of brown sugar sauce mmmmm!
